UV STICKY BACK - CAUCCIU' ADESIVO SPECIFICO PER INCHIOSTRO UV

• UV Sticky Back garantisce una durata eccezionalmente lunga fino a quattro volte superiore ai prodotti esistenti sul mercato. Grazie all'uso di uno strato comprimibile sintattico piuttosto che una matrice di fibra di carta e ad una struttura di cellule chiuse che non assorbono ne l'umidità e neppure i solventi.
• UV Sticky Back è particolarmente adatto per macchine in continuo che stampano etichette di alta qualità.
• UV Sticky Back è facile da rimuovere e non si rompe, questo grazie alla sua forte struttura composta da 2 tele. Lo speciale strato adesivo non lascia residui sui cilindri della macchina. Rimane comunque inteso che una volta posizionato il caucciù non si può ne rimuovere ne riposizionare.
• UV Sticky Back è attualmente disponibile negli spessori 0,95mm, 1,00mm e 1,05mm che sono adatti alla maggior parte delle macchine esistenti sul mercato.
•  UV Sticky Back è un caucciù facile da maneggiare e da montare grazie al materiale di carta del rilascio che garantisce al caucciù un'extra rigidità.
• La superficie EPDM assicura un miglior trasferimento dell'inchiostro e resistenza chimica alla maggior parte degli inchiostri UV rispetto ai caucciù standard. Comunque dato che la resistenza della superficie è diversa da quella del nitrile è importante usare dei solventi di lavaggio idonei.

METAL 1 - CAUCCIU' COMPRIMIBILE DI ALTA QUALITA' SPECIFICO PER L STAMPA IN LATTA CON L'UTILIZZO DI INCHIOSTRI TRADIZIONALI CON FORNO

• Studiato appositamente per soddisfare le richieste specifiche degli stampatori di metallo, che usano inchiostri convenzionali a forno.
• Metal 1 garantisce un'eccellente resistenza al taglio dei bordi del formato. Eccezionali risultati di durata ottenuti grazie alla combinazione di uno strato comprimibile sintattico a cellule chiuse ed una superficie altamente elastica.
• Metal 1 garantisce un'eccellente riproduzione del punto ed una ritenzione dell'umidità controllata, garantendo al minimo la variazione di lunghezza durante la stampa grazie alla micro superficie liscia.
• Viene raggiunta una adattabilità a tutte le macchine da stampa incluse le Crabtree e Mailaender con la pre-installazione delle barre in alluminio con adattatore.

METAL 3 - CAUCCIU' COMPRIMIBILE DI ALTA QUALITA' SPECIFICO PER LA STAMPA IN LITOLATTA CON L'UTILIZZO DI INCHIOSTRI UV

• Sviluppato per incontrare le specifiche richieste degli stampatori in litolatta usanti gli attuali inchiostri UV.
• Ottimo trasferimento dell'inchiostro e nessuna impronta sulla superficie grazie alla superficie EPDM che ha un'eccellente compatibilità con quasi tutti gli inchiostri UV attuali. Le specifiche caratteristiche della gomma EPDM lo rendono non adatto all'uso di inchiostri convenzionali a forno.
• Metal 3 ha la capacità di assorbire la pressione in eccesso che si verifica frequentemente con macchine vecchie o non ben curate nella manutenzione, grazie alla struttura comprimibile di cellule chiuse sintattiche.
• Adatto a tutti i tipi di macchina anche per le Crabtree e Mailaender grazie alla pre-installazione di barre in alluminio con adattatore.
