SB651: NEWLY-DEVELOPED SUPER AIR BALLOON LAYER OFFSET PRINTING BLANKET

The SB651 blanket makes maximum use of a newly-developed feature called the compressible layer to ensure improved thickness recovery and longer durability. The blanket can be used in waterless printing and cardboard printing.

Special features of the SB651series:

• New SUPER AIR BALLOON layer increases durability. By using the new compressible  layer, a marked improvement is assured in thickness recovery. The blanket also increases the range of printing styles, including waterless printing and cardboard printing.

The SB14 is a special blanket perfect for UV-ink sheet-fed offset printing and makes the best use of the unique features of a new type of surface rubber and a SUPER AIR BALLOON layer. In addition to outstanding dot reproduction, solid density and paper release, the blanket has been designed to greatly reduce the possibility of UV-ink swelling, while offering a marked increase in durability.

The SB14 also cuts down on paper-edge traces and is an excellent choice for thick-paper printing.
